While there no returns on custom orders, we will examine your space and provide recommendations to ensure that the solutions we provide fits your requirements prior to accepting and placing custom orders with our manufacturers. 

Returns are accepted on stock items if returned unopened in the original packaging. A 25% re-stocking charge is applied to refunds on new items returned within 30 days.   Shipping costs to return items to our suppliers will be deducted from the refund provided.

Please note we only offer our products and services to businesses and Federal Government departments.  Minimum purchase volumes required for home offices, GTA and Western Canada.
